The BMW X6 is, on paper, an abomination. It’s basically a seven-seat X5 minus the rearmost chairs and the middle second-row seat, with a squashed roof and the strangest rear three-quarter view you’ve ever seen.

BMW’s four-seat coupé SUV thingy is about the most preposterous, ridiculous and wholly useless concept imaginable… and yet I can’t help but adore the stupid thing and when I drive it I find it completely impossible to fault.
