While no date has been announced, the Upcoming 2012 Cars Buick Enclave is expected in late 2011 given Buick’s release schedule. One thing is for certain: the Upcoming 2012 Cars Buick Enclave will be one of Buick’s most luxurious vehicles to date.

Buick Enclave Body Style

There has been a lot of speculation over possible updates to the Upcoming 2012 Cars Enclave’s body, but recent photos showed in a CBS interview are thought to be the Enclave and show more similarities than differences to the 2011. If the photos turn out to be legitimate, the Upcoming 2012 Cars will be slightly longer and sleeker. A full redesign of the Buick Enclave will be more likely in 2013.


The new Buick Enclave is offered in 2 different trims - the CX and the CXL trim. With room for 7, this vehicle is great for carpooling or large families, etc.
With the 2nd row seats replacement to a bench seat, 8 people are able to fit comfortably in this vehicle. The 2nd and 3rd rows of seats are able to fold into the floor to increase the already large cargo room to 116 cubic feet.

The Upcoming 2012 Cars Enclave will keep the OnStar system of previous Enclaves, and is not likely to deviate from the excellent safety features of the 2011 model which included:

Instead, Buick is trying a more Lexus-like marketing technique of offering customers a model-wide choice of several packages of options, all under a universal LaCrosse emblem.

By 2012 GM has promised to offer a new mild hybrid powertrain, more sophisticated than its first go at mild hybrids, including a new lithium-ion battery pack. Additionally, GM has suggested the possibility of a scaled down dual mode hybrid powertrain for larger sedans and crossovers. So, a full hybrid offering for the LaCrosse hybrid is still possible.

The next incarnation of the Bentley Continental Flying Spur will be released in mid-Upcoming 2012 Cars. Its sportier playmate, the Speed, won’t be on the scene until 2015. The Spur Speed will cost about $25,000 more than the sedan, at $204,795.

Bentley Continental Flying Spur Engine

The new evolution of the W-12 engine will be matched up with a new eight-speed transmission, increasing output to 580 hp and 515 lb-ft of torque in the standard sedan. The Speed will come in at 650 hp and 590 lb-ft. Other possibilities are a 4.2-liter turbo-diesel V8 engine with 375 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque and even a plug-in hybrid, depending on the availability of high-powered lithium batteries.

Bentley Continental Flying Spur Improvements

Four hundred pounds were removed from the bulk weight by using a blend of aluminum space frame and conventional steel, reducing the coupe’s weight to around 4800 pounds. The air suspension and the brakes came directly from the Audi A8. The wider track translates into more room in the seat and truck.
